Case studies: crisis and policy consulting

Confidentiality is a primary concern for our clients, and ourselves. Where we can, and are allowed, we can publicly describe the details of how we prepared someone, or managed their crisis and recovery, or advised on their public policy activity. But in many cases our work, and outcomes, remains confidential to the client. However some of those details can be provided of necessity for those seeking our services.
The brief extracts below cover the diversity of that work, and engagements across sectors and geographies in both crisis consulting and in the world of consulting on public policy issues for clients. Many of the engagements, and activities, remain confidential. A number of the descriptions below are in the financial services sector, with others in sectors as indicated with all anonymised.
